We were glad to welcome Russian Federation’s Alabuga Free Economic Zone’s STEM representatives in Armenia on December 21st-22nd. Within the meeting, we had a thorough discussion about 3D bioprinting applications and the future perspectives. The process of bioprinting with our bioprinter and biomaterials was introduced to our guests. Also, the necessary conditions for a successful printing process was discussed. We indicated the necessary resources and skills needed for a prosperous bioprinting project.
«Alabuga» is located in the Volga federal district, and is one of the largest and most successful economic zones of an industrial and production type in the Russian Federation. This economic zone includes many large industrial organizations, which employ advanced and modern technologies.
The arrival of the Russian specialists in Armenia with an aim to meet our team is a clear evidence of a growing interest towards the field of bioprinting among the scientific and technological community. Since one of the most important goals of Foldink is to make bioprinting more accessible for scientists, our team is always willing to technologically support all the professional teams and newly established bioprinting laboratories that are aiming to work in bioprinting and related fields.
